preparation

  • Pour water into a small saucepan and add stevia. Warm up on medium heat.

  • Stir occasionally until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then take the pot off the stove.

  • Add sparkling vinegar water and lemon juice to the pot and stir in. Let the liquid cool down for a moment.

  • Pour liquid into a container (e.g. Tupperware box, loaf pan). Put in the freezer.

  • After 1 hour take out the granita and stir with a fork. And put back in the freezer.

  • Repeat this process every hour until the granita is completely frozen. This takes about 3-4 hours.

  • Pour granita into glasses with an ice cream scoop. Garnish with lemon wedges and mint.
