preparation

Pour water into a small saucepan and add stevia. Warm up on medium heat.

Stir occasionally until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then take the pot off the stove.

Add sparkling vinegar water and lemon juice to the pot and stir in. Let the liquid cool down for a moment.

Pour liquid into a container (e.g. Tupperware box, loaf pan). Put in the freezer.

After 1 hour take out the granita and stir with a fork. And put back in the freezer.

Repeat this process every hour until the granita is completely frozen. This takes about 3-4 hours.

Pour granita into glasses with an ice cream scoop. Garnish with lemon wedges and mint.
