Superfood breakfast with a bite

A good breakfast can sometimes take a lot of time and effort. But we put an end to that and quickly and easily prepare our own bowl. Topped with a homemade, crispy coconut-raspberry granola, your acai bowl will be the highlight of the morning and give you the power for your day.
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (top and bottom heat).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put coconut chips, cashews, Flavor Kick, lemon zest and salt in a bowl and stir.
Put the maple syrup and coconut oil in a small saucepan. Heat briefly, then add to the other ingredients and mix everything together.

Add lemon juice and stir well.
Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 160 ° C.
30 g Raspberries, dried
Let the granola cool down, then add the dried raspberries and mix everything together. The raspberry coconut granola lasts for at least 2 weeks.
Place the breakfast bowl mix and water in a bowl. Stir well until it becomes creamy.
Put the finished acai bowl in a bowl and serve with the homemade granola and fresh berries.
