  • Put the pancakes mix, some salt, pepper and water in a bowl. Mix with a whisk until you get a smooth batter.

  • Let half of the coconut oil get hot in the coated pan.

  • Put 1 teaspoon of batter for 1 blini in the pan and bake on both sides.

  • Halfway through the batter, add the remaining coconut oil to the pan and finish baking the blinis. There are 12 pieces in total.

  • Drape blinis on a serving plate and brush each with 1 teaspoon of low-fat quark. Then add the salmon.

  • Garnish with a little caviar, dill and lemon juice.
