A sweet dessert or souvenir
These Salted Caramel Cups are for those who like to nibble a little bit of everything. Our recipe contains everything that makes you happy: crispy cookies, creamy caramel and tart chocolate. To melt away! Whether as a gift, dessert or sweet snack for in between – with these quickly made Salted Caramel Cups you really make everyone happy.
For the bottom, chop up the protein cookie with a food processor or blender so that it is crumbly.
Add coconut oil. Mix again briefly until a sticky mixture is formed.
Take a muffin pan and line 4 hollows with cling film.
Spread the cookie mixture evenly on the muffin tins and press flat with your fingers so that the base is completely covered. Put the mold in the refrigerator.
In the meantime, melt both the Protein Cream Salted Caramel and the dark chocolate (or Protein Cream Hazelnut) for 30 seconds in the microwave or in a water bath.
Then put 1 teaspoon of Protein Cream Salted Caramel on each cookie base.
Then distribute the dark chocolate on all 4 molds. Sprinkle with a little sea salt.
Place the No-Bake Salted Caramel Cups in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to harden.
