To melt away! Whether as a gift, dessert or sweet snack for in between – with these quickly made Salted Caramel Cups you really make everyone happy.


  • For the bottom, chop up the protein cookie with a food processor or blender so that it is crumbly.

  • Add coconut oil. Mix again briefly until a sticky mixture is formed.

  • Take a muffin pan and line 4 hollows with cling film.

  • Spread the cookie mixture evenly on the muffin tins and press flat with your fingers so that the base is completely covered. Put the mold in the refrigerator.

  • In the meantime, melt both the Protein Cream Salted Caramel and the dark chocolate (or Protein Cream Hazelnut) for 30 seconds in the microwave or in a water bath.

  • Then put 1 teaspoon of Protein Cream Salted Caramel on each cookie base.

  • Then distribute the dark chocolate on all 4 molds. Sprinkle with a little sea salt.

  • Place the No-Bake Salted Caramel Cups in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to harden.
