Spring is just around the corner – including the beloved rhubarb season. We start the season with a really delicious vegan rhubarb crumble. It tastes so good that you don’t even have the feeling that you are missing out on something. The crumble has a sugar-sweet, buttery taste, which goes perfectly with the slightly sour rhubarb. We can really recommend this wonderful rhubarb crumble for warmer days!
preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat).

Ingredients:
180 g Rhubarb, 70 g Raspberries
Wash the rhubarb and cut into 2cm pieces. Rinse the raspberries briefly.

Put in a bowl and sprinkle with Flavor Kick vanilla and cornstarch. Mix until everything is well mixed.

Then prepare the crumble: Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix with your hands until the mixture becomes crumbly.

Divide the filling into two small ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle each with the sprinkles.

Bake the rhubarb crumble for 30 minutes.

You can of course prepare the filling according to your taste. Strawberries, apples, pears, blackberries and peaches are also delicious – depending on what’s in season.
