Vegan protein muffins are too dry for you? Not this one. The batter of our chocolate peanut cupacakes is nice and fluffy and the frosting is super creamy.


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat).

  • Ingredients:

    3 mature Bananas

    Mash the bananas in a large bowl.

  • Ingredients:

    80 ml soy milk

    Add soy milk and stir.

  • Add all remaining ingredients for the cupcakes one after the other and mix with a hand mixer to form a dough.

  • Divide the dough into 10 muffin cases using two tablespoons.

  • Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

  • In the meantime, prepare the frosting in a bowl: Simply beat all the ingredients with a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Then chill until the muffins are done.

  • Ingredients:

    optional topping: chopped peanuts

    As soon as the chocolate peanut cupcakes have cooled, top with the frosting and optionally decorate with chopped peanuts.
