preparation
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat)
-
Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites in a bowl with a hand mixer or whisk until stiff.
-
Mix the egg yolks with the whey protein, cocoa powder and low-fat quark in another bowl. Then fold in the egg whites.
-
Smooth out the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a square (1cm thick). Bake for 10 minutes. Then let it cool down.
-
In the meantime, prepare the cream: To do this, stir the low-fat quark, yogurt and Flavor Kick until smooth. If the cream is not sweet enough, add ½ teaspoon Flavor Kick.
-
As soon as the sponge cake dough has cooled down a little, cut out 6 circles with a glass in which the tiramisu is also served.
-
Put a slice of sponge cake in the glass, add 2 tablespoons of cream. Repeat the curtain two more times. Dust the last layer of cream with a little cocoa.
-
The recipe is enough for 2 glasses of tiramisu.
