They are perfect for in between when the afternoon low comes or as an energy boost before or during training. Since the list of ingredients is very clean, you can eat the sweet balls without hesitation.


  • Finely grate the carrot with a grater.

  • Ingredients:

    30 g Oatmeal, 80 g Walnuts, 60 g Dates, 30 g

    Vegan Protein Vanille, 2 THE Water, 1 TL Cinnamon, 0,5 TL Ginger powder, 1 socket nutmeg

    Put together with all the ingredients (except the coconut flakes) in a powerful mixer or food processor. Mix until you have an even, sticky mixture.

  • Shape the mixture into 12 balls of the same size with moistened hands.

  • Ingredients:

    Then roll the Carrot Cake Energy Balls in the coconut flakes.

  • Put them in the refrigerator for storage, where they will stay fresh for about 1 week.
