Marco’s Pizza Menu With Prices  – opened its second location in Rosenheim in December 2016. Specializing in Italian cuisine, Marco’s offers pizza and pasta as well as various meat and fish dishes. The restaurant in Stephanskirchen is not only known as a eatery, but also as an event location on weekends. Parties are held on various occasions in our own lounge area.

Size of the place

The premises were used as a car dealership before the opening. So the restaurant is a huge complex. Providing a stable radio link was therefore the highest priority.

Distributed stations – communication in the kitchen

Fish, meat, pasta, starters and desserts are prepared in the kitchen. The pizza oven is, however, spatially separated. Communication between the pizza maker and the kitchen is therefore not traditional.

The following problem had to be solved:

If a table with several people orders, for example, pizza and pasta, the preparation times are different. This means that the pizza maker must know that the order contains a pasta in addition to a pizza. The pasta cook also needs to know that the order includes a pizza. For this purpose, an automatic identification of the order was developed, which is printed out as a note in the kitchen on the receipt printer. All communication options can now be displayed.

Lounge operation in the evening

So that all bookings are managed in one system, leafsystems introduced the option of menu management. This ensured that only bookings made in the lounge area that are possible in the lounge area.
