It is important to us that our fitness recipes are tasty and that the preparation is not complicated. A plate of protein pasta with salmon sounds like a dish to our taste. The protein bomb will land on your table in 30 minutes and taste delicious. The salmon is juicy, the asparagus is crunchy and the protein pasta has the perfect bite.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat).
125 g Lachsfilet
Rinse the salmon with cold water, pat dry with a kitchen towel and place in an ovenproof dish lined with baking paper.
1 Clove of garlic, 1 TL Olive oil, something Lemon juice,something Salt, pepper, parsley
Cut the garlic into thin slices. Add to the salmon together with olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper and a few parsley leaves and massage it into the salmon.
Cook the salmon fillet in the oven for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, put on a saucepan with water.
0,5 Onion,150 g asparagus
Dice the onion. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and then cut the stalks into 2cm pieces.
1 THE Olive oil,something Salt pepper
Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add onions and fry until translucent. Also add the asparagus and fry for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper.
As soon as the water in the pot boils, add salt and pasta. Cook the pasta for 7 minutes until al dente and then add to the pan with the asparagus.
Add a small dash of pasta water to the pan and briefly heat everything while stirring.
Take the salmon out of the oven. Tear into small pieces with a fork and mix with the pasta.
Serve pasta with salmon and asparagus on a plate and garnish with parsley.
