Smoothie bowl, chia pudding, porridge – there are so many different ways you can start your day. But decide for what now? We make life easy for ourselves and combine our favorite elements to conjure up a fruity breakfast bowl. Raspberry chia jam meets fresh lemon yogurt and we use our raspberry acai breakfast bowl as a fruity base. A film-ready breakfast for warm summer days!
Cut the raspberries into small pieces and put them in a small saucepan with the lemon juice, the Flavor Kick and the chia seeds. Simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the stove and let cool down.
Prepare the breakfast bowl according to the instructions on the packet.
Put the yogurt, lemon juice and vegan protein in a small bowl. Mix well.
Put together the breakfast in layers: First, put the breakfast bowl in the glass. Then spread the lemon yogurt on top. The last layer is the raspberry and chia jam.
Top it all with fresh strawberries and coconut chips.
