red fruit powder or beetroot juice, dried rose petals

preparation

  • Put the oat milk together with the cardamom capsules, rose water and Flavor Kick in a small saucepan and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

  • Remove the cardamom capsules from the milk. Taste to see if the sweetness is right. If not, add another 0.5 teaspoons of Flavor Kick.

  • Color it pink with a pinch of fruit powder or a dash of beetroot juice, if desired.

  • Froth the rose latte with a milk frother.

  • Either enjoy the Rose Latte straight away or add 100 ml Earl Gray tea.

  • Decorate with dried rose petals.
