More protein, less sugar, full of pleasure
These Salted Caramel Brownies leave us speechless. They are so delicious! This is of course mainly due to our irresistible Protein Cream Salted Caramel. When we are not nibbling straight from the spoon, she prefers healthy, freshly baked brownies. Who can still resist this combination?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat).
Finely grate the zucchini with a grater and squeeze the excess water out of them with your hands.
Put together with the remaining ingredients for the brownie dough in a food processor or stand mixer and process into a dough. Scrape down the edges with a spatula in between. Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth.
Line a small baking pan (approx. 17×13) with baking paper or grease it. Pour in the dough and smooth it out.
Melt Protein Cream Salted Caramel for 30 seconds in the microwave or over a water bath. Put blobs on the brownie batter with a spoon and create swirls with a kebab skewer or knife.
Bake the Salted Caramel Brownies for 30-35 minutes. Make a sample.
Make sure to let it cool down a bit and cut into 9 pieces.
If you want, you can coat the Salted Caramel Brownies with even more liquid protein cream and sprinkle with sea salt.
