A recipe that you absolutely have to try
A crispy dough topped with cream cheese and juicy tomatoes. This is how you could describe our summer tomato galette in a few words. As soon as the temperatures gradually rise, we look forward to particularly aromatic tomatoes again – the star of this recipe. Besides tomatoes, you only need a few ingredients to conjure up the perfect spring / summer dish. Mix the pizza mix and water in a bowl and knead into a dough. Put aside.
400 g Tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Roughly chop the garlic.
Dust the work surface with flour of your choice and roll out the dough into a thin circle. It can also be pressed and shaped with your hands.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat).
100 g vegan cream cheese
Brush the dough with cream cheese, leaving a distance of about 2cm from the edge.
2 branches Thyme, 2 branches Basil, something Salt pepper
Pick up half of the herbs with your hands and spread them on the cream cheese. Spread the garlic evenly on top. Salt and pepper.

Then distribute the tomato slices evenly on the base so that the slices overlap slightly. Pour agave syrup over the tomatoes.
Fold the edge of the dough inwards. Bake the tomato galette for approx. 40-45 minutes until crispy. Lift the bottom with a knife and see whether the dough is baked at the bottom. If not, leave in the oven for a few more minutes.
2 branches Thyme,2 branches basil
Scatter the remaining herbs, plucked small, over the tomato galette as a topping. Cut into pieces and serve.
