Homemade treats for the Easter basket
Too old to hide Easter eggs? We are not! And certainly not when they are delicious chocolate-coconut Easter eggs. Every egg is prepared with love and you can tell that too. They taste much better than bought ones and put a smile on everyone’s face. As usual, the preparation and list of ingredients remain very simple, so that you don’t lose the joy of homemade sweets.
Put the oat flakes, coconut flakes, Protein Cream, Flavor Kick and water in a mixer or food processor and process into a sticky, malleable mass.
Shape the mixture into 6 small eggs with your hands. Place on baking paper and place in the refrigerator.
80 g Dark chocolate
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate over the water bath.
Use a fork to roll the eggs in the chocolate and place them back on the baking paper.
Place the Easter eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to harden.
