preparation

  • Divide the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and wash.

  • Mix the flour, water and oat drink in a bowl to form a smooth batter. Add 1 teaspoon each of garlic and paprika powder. Salt and pepper to taste.

  • Put the protein flakes in a mixer and mix briefly in pulses a few times. There should still be some rough pieces.

  • In a second bowl, mix the protein flakes with the remaining garlic and paprika powder.

  • Now turn the florets one after the other in the dough, knock off the excess and then coat with protein flakes.

  • Now add the cauliflower wings to the air fryer. Do not overload the basket and leave space between the roses. Roast at 175 degrees for 15 minutes. If necessary, work in several loads if not everything fits in at once.

  • Take out the cauliflower wings, place on a plate and brush with the BBQ sauce.

  • Put back in the air fryer and roast one last time at 175 degrees for 5 minutes.

  • Alternatively, place the florets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

  • Take out the cauliflower wings and brush with BBQ sauce.

  • Put back in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for another 15 minutes until crispy.

  • Serve cauliflower wings. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs as desired and enjoy with a dip.

  • Good Appetite!
