With a melt-in-the-mouth hazelnut and chocolate core
We have waited a long time for the Vegan Protein Cream – now it is here! And to celebrate that, we have developed a special chocolate cookies recipe. The first bite: Crisp, aromatich, chocolatey – and then extra creamy. Who can resist?
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead the whole thing with your hands until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Shape 5 dough balls (approx. 40 g) with moistened hands.
Take the balls and press them flat with the palm of your hand. Pour 1 teaspoon of Vegan Protein Cream on the dough and seal it carefully.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the biscuit balls on it.
Bake the chocolate cookies for about 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
Let the filled biscuits cool down for approx. 10 minutes and enjoy them while still warm.
For the ultimate chocolate indulgence, sprinkle the vegan protein cream on the biscuits.
