Protein pancakes to fall in love with
You will hardly find a fluffier protein pancakes recipe. Our vegan chocolate protein pancakes are the absolute dream for sweet breakfasters. We owe the airy consistency to the ingenious recipe: a mix of vegetable protein sources, gluten-free oat flour and starch. In terms of taste, you can prepare it the way you like it best, as the baking mixture does not contain any flavorings. We love to mix cocoa powder into the batter and serve the chocolate protein pancakes with an extra chocolate sauce on top.
Put the pancakes mix, flavor kick, cocoa powder and water in a bowl and stir to a smooth batter.
Let a non-stick pan get hot on medium-high heat.
Bake 4 pancakes from both sides without oil. Stack these on top of each other on a plate.
Liquefy coconut oil in the microwave or a saucepan. Mix together with cocoa powder and Flavor Kick or Ahron syrup in a small bowl until a smooth sauce is formed.
