Healthy pizza with lots of vegetables
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat).
Mix the baking mixture with the water and knead into a dough.
Dust the work surface with flour of your choice and roll out the pizza dough / press it flat with your hands (approx. Ø 26 cm).
Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and prebake for 15 minutes.
1 Clove of garlic, 40 g vegan cream cheese, 50 g Sojajoghurt, something Salt pepper
In the meantime, chop the garlic and combine with the cream cheese, soy yoghurt, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
100 g green asparagus, 40 g Sweet peas
Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and cut the stalks into large pieces. Halve the sugar snap peas lengthways.
Spread the pre-baked pizza dough with the cream cheese and yoghurt cream.
60 g Artichokes,5 Olives
Top with asparagus, snow peas, artichokes and olives.
Bake the green pizza for another 15 minutes until crispy.
10 g Rocket salad,some Basil leaves
Finally, refine the pizza with rocket and basil.
