Fancy vegan crepes? You only need 4 ingredients and 1 pan. With this basic recipe, you don’t even have to be a kitchen fairy. We make it easy for you with our practical vegan baking mix, where you just stir the powder and liquid together. Whether for breakfast or as dessert – you don’t have to worry about the nutritional values either. We do not use gluten or added sugar. But the best vegetable protein for really fluffy protein crêpes.

Pancakes mix and water in a shaker or bowl. Mix well until a liquid, smooth dough is formed.

Heat half of the coconut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add half of the dough and spread over the entire bottom of the pan. Bake for 3-4 minutes. Loosen the edges with a spatula.

It is best to use a flat plate to turn it. First let the crepe slide onto the plate and then place the inside of the pan on the plate and turn everything 180 degrees. Bake for another 1-2 minutes.

Put the remaining coconut oil in the hot pan. Spread the rest of the batter in it and fry a second crepe.

Now serve vegan protein crêpes with toppings of your choice. They taste particularly delicious with powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
