These pizza sticks will knock your socks off! They remind us visually of the crispy sticks that you can also buy at the bakery. Just homemade and much healthier. They are particularly suitable as finger food for parties, birthdays, cinema evenings, etc. All you have to do is take care of the filling, because the gluten-free dough is as good as done. You and your guests will be delighted.

preparation
-
Place protein pizza powder and baking powder in a bowl and mix together.
-
Add water and work into a smooth dough.
-
Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle on a floured work surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat).
-
Smooth the tomato paste onto the pizza dough. Scatter herbs on top. Spread the cheese evenly on top. Press the topping down a little.
-
Now take the short side and fold it in half. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut 1.5-2 cm thick strips (approx. 12 pieces) from the dough.
-
Twist each strip into a spiral and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
-
Brush the pizza sticks with a little olive oil and then bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Good Appetite!
Our tip
Place the pizza sticks according to your taste. For example with ham or salami. Or with thinly sliced mushrooms.
